The weather outside is frightful, but if you’re willing to brave the extreme wind chill for a few minutes, our club’s Little Free Library (#120561) is regularly maintained and stocked with a selection of kids’ books. Take a book, leave a book, or both! Then go back home and snuggle up with the little ones for some cozy story time.

If anyone is struggling with their mental health related to being a mom, check out the resources from Postpartum Support International. They have online support groups, a peer mentor program, a directory of maternal mental health trained therapists/providers, and other resources.

Happy New Year to our moms and their families! It’s finally starting to feel like a North Dakota winter, which means the challenge to keep cooped-up kids entertained is getting real. That’s where we come in.

MOMS Club® of Bismarck is a group of stay-at-home and part-time working moms around the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area. Our primary goal is to organize play dates to give our members and their kids a chance to get out of the house – and make a few friends in the process.

As we head into this season of gratitude, we want to say thank you to our moms, their kids and families, and our community for their support of MOMS Club® of Bismarck. We couldn’t run this club without our volunteers and partnerships throughout the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area. Because of them, we can lift up at-home and part-time working moms who are looking for a place to belong.

We are a support group specifically designed for at-home and part-time working moms in the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area. Excited to squeeze in one more visit to the Dakota Zoo this season! It’s one of our favorite spots to meet during the summer.

Thanks to Maddie at The Better Part Charcuterie and Hosting for joining us at a recent MOMS Night Out event! We had so much fun making charcuterie boards. We host MOMS Night Out events once a month just for moms so they can have a kid-free break.
