Everyone in the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area loves to visit Papa’s Pumpkin Patch, a favorite fall destination for a long time. We had so much fun on our group tour there a few weeks ago! There’s only one week left before they close for the season – October 19 is their last day. Don’t miss it!
Happy fall, y’all! The weather is starting to get cool, which means we’ll be transitioning to indoor events as the month goes on. Please note that the events listed here are just our public events, and we have more going on that our members can access via our private Facebook group.

Any at-home or part-time working moms in the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area looking for a village of friendship and support? Come meet us at our Open House on Thursday! It’s more like an Open Park, though, because when you live in North Dakota, you take advantage of any warm weather you can.
We’ll have some of our club members at Shelter #4 in Sertoma Park from 9:30-11:30 am. Come and go any time to play, chat, and ask questions about us. (Fun fact: we were founded in July 2001, so we’ve been around for over 20 years!)
Summer is drawing to a close, but that doesn’t mean the fun is over for the season. Don’t miss these outdoor events and enjoy the fresh air before it starts to get cold! Please note that these are just events that are open to the public. Our members can find details for several more events in our private Facebook group.
What is MOMS Club® of Bismarck? We’re an official registered chapter of the International MOMS Club®, which has chapters around the world, and we operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are not a religious or political group and encourage moms of all beliefs, backgrounds, interests, and parenting styles to join us!
If you need some fellow mom friends or opportunities to get out of the house and socialize, come join us. Schedules and the weather can change sometimes, so please let us know that you’re coming first by emailing momsclubbismarck@gmail.com or DMing our public Facebook page. Then we can make sure there will be moms there to greet you.
Summer is in full swing, and we’ve been having a blast soaking up the sun and making memories with family and friends. If you’re not a member yet, we’re so happy you found us! Please drop by one of our public events to meet us and see if our group would be a good fit for you. It’s finally summer, arguably the best season to be an at-home parent! We’re looking forward to a full slate of outdoor activities in June. If you’re already a member, head over to our private Facebook group to find additional details.
Not a member yet? That’s okay! If you’re a stay-at-home or part-time working mom in the area, please stop by a public event to meet us. What a fantastic time we had yesterday at the Mother’s Day Family 5K! Thank you to everyone who spent their Mother’s Day morning with us, the sponsors who supported us, the Abused Adult Resource Center who will be taking the proceeds and diaper donations to help local moms in need, and especially Laughing Sun Brewing for making everything happen behind the scenes.
It was the first time this event was held, so extra thanks for everyone’s patience as we worked through the hiccups. If you did not receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, or didn’t have a chance to make a donation, please follow up with Laughing Sun. They’ll be coordinating that in the coming weeks.
Thanks for helping us celebrate the moms in our lives in a unique way. We are grateful for our community of support.
We’re so excited to see everyone at the Mother’s Day Family 5K tomorrow morning – Sunday, May 12! Laughing Sun Brewing has been working hard to make this event a reality. Here are some last-minute details:
* Sign-in begins at 9:15 am at Shelter 10 in Sertoma Park * For those running or walking the 5K, it will begin at 10:30 am. * Food and beer will be available from 11 am – 2 pm. * Bring a box of diapers to the 5K, and Laughing Sun will give you a coupon for a 6-pack of beer. The Abused Adult Resource Center will be distributing diaper donations to moms and kids in need. * KID ZONE!!! Check out face painting with Theo Art School and a bounce castle and inflatable axe throwing courtesy of JT’s Inflatable Games. * PLUS! Moms vs. moms volleyball (older kids welcome too), tug of war, baby crawling race, music, and more in the fresh air and sunshine.
You DON’T have to be registered for the 5K to participate in all the other activities, so please bring the whole family and join us! This is a charity event, and proceeds will go to the Abused Adult Resource Center to distribute to local moms in need.
Help us shower love on all our moms for Mother’s Day!
Help us shower love on local moms this Mother’s Day! Leading up to our Mother’s Day Family 5K on Sunday, May 12, we are helping Laughing Sun Brewing Co. collect diaper donations that the Abused Adult Resource Center will distribute to moms in need. Babies and toddlers go through a lot of diapers, and this simple act of generosity will be one less worry off these moms’ hearts.
Between now and May 11, bring any diaper donations down to Laughing Sun! (All sizes and all types welcome.) Laughing Sun will be collecting them in the stage area. On May 12, you can bring diapers straight to the 5K in Sertoma Park (Shelter 10).
Mark your calendars to join us on Mother’s Day 2024! You can run the 5K or walk it with the whole family. Younger kids can ride their bikes, or be pushed in strollers. (Very young kids who are just riding along do NOT need to be registered.) We will also have a baby crawl, delicious food, music, Kid Zone, moms’ sand volleyball match, tug of war, and more!
